A hardware store with beautiful and thoughtfully curated products.

The Task
I met Kelly of YUNS on LinkedIn about a year into COVID. We connected on our first call and it really helped when we started working.
Kelly was in the process of creating an online hardware store. She has an incredible curation of items
The Process
Kelly arrived to the project with a great logo and some light brand work established. We explored a bunch of sites we thought were “doing it right” making note of certain UX patterns. Then we walked through a handful of homepage designs before landing where we did.
A big UX feature is the menu interaction. It moves out of the way when you’re scrolling and comes back into view as you need it.
